You can request permanent deletion of your kwathuChat account and all associated personal data at any time. Please read the steps and data retention information below before submitting your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
Email privacy@appine.online with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request — kwathuChat"
Provide the email address or phone number linked to your kwathuChat account so we can identify it.
You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. Account deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
Once your account and data have been deleted, we will send you a final confirmation email.
What Data Is Deleted

| Tax filing records | Retained | 5 years as required by law |
| Fraud / security logs | Retained | Up to 12 months for security purposes |
Financial and tax records are retained solely to comply with applicable South African law (Income Tax Act, VAT Act) and are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
